Saturday ABS Class in Aerobic Center Studio
Cycling is the original indoor cycling program. This group exercise class consists
of a certified instructor who leads the participants through a 45 minute cycling
journey. Studio Cycling is a moderate to high intensity, non-impact cardiovascular
workout for all fitness levels. Studio Cycling burns mega-calories (between 500-700
per class) and sculpts hips and legs like no other workout. Your
training will require strength, determination and fortitude. The mind and body
do not change on their own. You are responsible to change yourself. It is very
important to select the intensity of your rides according to your fitness level. PRICING
FREE to members. RESERVATIONS
Cyclers may sign up for the class one (1) hour before class scheduled start
time. They can sign up at the Courtesy Counter or call the branch at 961-7552.
Bikes that are vacant when the class starts will be available to another member.
CLOTHING
For your comfort we highly recommend biking shorts, athletic or cycling shoes. HYDRATION
Because studio cycling is unlike any other exercise, water is critical. Come
prepared with a water bottle or you may purchase bottled water at the YMCA. No
open containers will be permitted in the studio. Instructors
and class are subject to change. |
