Aquatics

On average, 1 out of 4 people learn to swim at their local Y, as we serve more swimmers than any other private organization in the area. The Y’s Aquatics Programs not only teach youth how to swim and be safe around water, they also build confidence and self esteem.

April 29 - May 2

Serving more swimmers than any other private organization in the area, the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati is committed to making sure safety is the top priority when you are in or near water. The Y is offering free water safety programs between Monday, April 29 and Thursday, May 2, 2013 to help children between the ages of 6 and 12 learn basic swimming skills and water safety practices.

Splash week focuses on backyard, community pool, boating, and beach safety. The program will be offered at varying times at participating YMCA of Greater Cincinnati locations.
