SPECIALITY CLASSES
TRX
Suspension Training workouts give participants and edge over pure protocol of conventional strength training. Why? Because every Suspension Training exercise builds true functional strength and improves flexibility, balance, and core stability all at once, as is required on the playing fields of sports and in life.
BOSU/KETTLEBELL CLASS
Bosu Balance Training
The science of human movement supports what we know to be true; BOSU® training really is for everyone. It's quite possibly the most effective route to improving core stabilization and neutral spinal posture, both of which are the building blocks for moving better in athletics and in life.
BOSU® Training is about expanding movement capabilities, reshaping bodies and strengthening minds. It's about inserting thought into movement. It doesn't matter if you're facing the toughest competition of your athletic career, looking to return to a fitter you, or just starting out. BOSU® Training can see you though it all with new challenges and exercise progressions always just around the corner.
The Kettle Club
Kettlebell training is one method to develop strength and endurance that can be transferred to many sports. It develops a baseline for many aspects of human movement, such as weight-shifting, energy transfer, and core stability and mobility/range of motion in a time efficient manner.
Kettlebell training teaches the participant how to transfer that energy from your lower body to your upper body. The kettlebell's displaced weight and spherical shape allow you to train with momentum in a way that can not be replicated with free weights, such as dumbbells and barbells.
